At Global Basketball Opportunities, we are committed to providing a professional player exposure and international recruiting service. Because our services begin immediately after your payment is received, all purchases are final.

No Refunds

All recruiting packages, profile submissions, and player evaluation services are non-refundable. Once payment has been processed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, credits, or partial refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

• A player deciding not to continue the process.

• A player failing to submit the required information or highlight video.

• A player being determined ineligible for overseas opportunities.

• A player not receiving interest from a coach, scout, agent, or basketball team.

• A player declining an opportunity presented.

• A player receiving an injury after purchasing our services.

• Changes in personal circumstances or travel availability.

What Your Purchase Includes

Your payment covers professional recruiting and exposure services, which may include:

• Review of your player information.

• Review of your highlight video.

• Creation and organization of your player profile.

• Submission of your profile and highlight video to basketball coaches, scouts, agents, and professional teams within our international network.

• Ongoing administrative work related to your player profile.

Your payment does not purchase or guarantee:

• A professional basketball contract.

• A tryout invitation.

• Placement on a team.

• A scholarship.

• A visa.

• A work permit.

• Playing time.

• Salary.

• Any offer from a coach, scout, or basketball organization.

All recruiting decisions are made solely by the teams, coaches, scouts, or organizations reviewing player profiles.

Duplicate Payments

If you accidentally submit duplicate payments for the same service, please contact us within 7 days. Verified duplicate charges may be refunded at our discretion.

Chargebacks

By purchasing our services, you agree not to initiate a chargeback for services that have already begun. If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to provide documentation showing your purchase, acceptance of these policies, and the recruiting services performed on your behalf.
