By submitting your player profile, purchasing a recruiting package, or using the services of Global Basketball Opportunities ("GBO"), you acknowledge, represent, and agree to the following:

Eligibility. You certify that you are legally eligible to pursue professional basketball opportunities and are not currently:

A member of a high school basketball team;

Playing for an NCAA, NAIA, JUCO, or other collegiate basketball program;

Under contract with an NBA, NBA G League, or overseas professional basketball team; or
-
Prohibited by any existing contract, league rule, or governing body from pursuing professional basketball opportunities.

Nature of Services. Global Basketball Opportunities is an independent basketball exposure and recruiting service. We assist players by creating player profiles and introducing qualified players to international basketball teams, coaches, scouts, and other basketball decision-makers. We are not a professional basketball team, league, employer, or educational institution.

No Guarantee of Opportunity. Global Basketball Opportunities does not guarantee a professional contract, tryout, roster position, employment, scholarship, visa, salary, playing time, endorsement, or any other basketball opportunity. All decisions are made solely by the receiving teams, coaches, scouts, agents, and organizations.

No Agency Relationship. Unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise, your purchase of our services does not create a player-agent, attorney-client, employment, partnership, or fiduciary relationship between you and Global Basketball Opportunities.

Accuracy of Information. You certify that all information, statistics, photographs, videos, and documents you submit are accurate, truthful, and that you have the legal right to provide and authorize their distribution.

Authorization to Share Materials. You grant Global Basketball Opportunities permission to review, reproduce, and distribute your player profile, highlight video, photographs, résumé, and related materials to basketball organizations, coaches, scouts, and agents worldwide for recruiting and exposure purposes.

Fees and Refunds. You understand that payment is for professional recruiting and player exposure services only. All fees are subject to our Refund Policy, and all approved purchases are final and non-refundable.

Results Beyond Our Control. You acknowledge that recruiting outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond the control of Global Basketball Opportunities, including team needs, roster availability, coaching decisions, league regulations, player performance, injuries, market conditions, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
By completing your purchase or submitting your player profile, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Legal Notice, our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and any applicable Success Fee Agreement.
